| Content : | Research and Development cell, in conjunction with the Department of Applied Sciences and Humanities, organized an Expert talk on Future of Renewable Energy Technologies in India on January 23th, 2024, by Esteemed guest, Dr. Sanjay Sen Gupta Former Sr. Principal Scientist at CSIR, Delhi. The session was an interactive and informative forum that enabled the guests to interact with students and provide guidance on future of renewable sources. The guest emphasized that the global commitment to achieving carbon neutrality has prompted countries worldwide to focus on renewable energy sources. This shift towards renewable is driven by supportive policies, investments in renewable infrastructure, advancements in energy storage and international collaborations. The guest defined some key trends and efforts that helps in shaping the future of renewable energy. | ||
