| Content : | Ms. Astha Mishra and Mr. Abhishek Srivastava (from MDI GURGAON) led the sessions, focusing on self-discovery techniques to identify personal strengths and interests. The speakers discussed methods like IKIGAI and JOHARI WINDOW MODEL so that students can use them to identify their strengths and weaknesses and discover their Goal. Students actively participated in interactive activities designed to facilitate self-assessment and goal setting, laying the groundwork for their future career paths. The speakers discussed Career Planning Strategies such as developing self-awareness to understand your strengths and interests, seeking feedback to gain insights into your skills and areas for improvement, setting short-term and long-term career goals and conducting research about job markets and industry trends. The session further deliberated on Job readiness skills, including resume and LinkedIn profile building. | ||
