| Content : | Oriental-COCOSDA is the flagship Conference, established in 1991 to promote international cooperation in developing speech corpora and coordinating assessment methods of speech input/output systems. The theme of the Conference focuses on sharing information and discussing regional matters on the creation, utilization, and dissemination of spoken language corpora of oriental languages and also on the assessment methods of speech recognition or synthesis systems, further promoting the speech processing research on regional and oriental languages.
