Bio-Sketch: Dr. Bhavya completed her Graduation in English Literature and Psychology in 2001 and Masters in English Literature from the University of Allahabad in the year 2003. She was awarded Doctorate in English from the same university in the year 2009.
She completed Senior Diploma in Classical Music (Vocal) and Junior diploma in Kathak from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Prayagraj. With a keen interest in performing arts, Dr. Bhavya loves to explore life and its nuances through Creative Writing, Dance, Drama and Music. She is the Faculty Advisor of Tarannum – The Music Society, Instinct- The Peer Educator’s and Life Skills Society and TechnoLiterati – The Literary Society of IGDTUW.
She is a merit holder (Third Position) in her M. A. English University Examination and has published and presented several research papers in National and International conferences and Seminars.
Dr. Bhavya is currently working as an Assistant Professor in English and Communication Studies at IGDTUW. She possesses sixteen years of teaching experience and has worked with Engineering and Management colleges of repute before joining the University.
