·Chosen in Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Bombay for Research work during graduation. Very low selection rate
·Worked in world’s top US/Europian semiconductor/I.C. design MNCs in India and abroad for few years as Integrated circuit design engineer, before joining academics.
·Offered Ph.D.(Engineering) with fellowship by University of West of England,U.K. in 2002 and declined by me.
·Got USA-semiconductor MNC Freescale’s project approved by it’s Austin, headquarter in 2010 (communicated by email), without Ph.D after Freescale got the consent of various stakeholders. Gave the detailed –step wise solution on the research problem given by them. Dropped this due to teething issues. Normally professors can achieve this with thorough knowledge in I.C.Design.
· Got 100% placements with multiple job offers, as TnP coordinator of present university in 2009-10. Had 28 companies for placement for the first time against just 5-6 companies in the past. Got the written comment ‘dynamic person’ from Hon’ble VC (then principal) on this. I am Dynamic and all achievements 1% of my true potential as got under hard circumstances!
· Best paper award in 2009 in an international conference without Ph.D.
·More than 50 publications in international and national journals,Conferences including many Scopus and SCI/SCIE indexed (world’s top 2 ranking) international journals .
· Met late PM Indira Gandhi at her residence after winning painting competition during school days in 1980s.
·Learnt Kathak from classical dancer Uma Sharma in school days for a brief period.
· Won 65 international, national and state level prizes in painting, debate, speech, dance, drama, poem writing and sports competitions in school and college days. Interviewed on T.V during school days. Debates,speech,poems written by multitalented/intelligent father from his heart to all multitalented siblings- all fetching prizes along with distinctions in studies! Father won Jackpot on national DD TV GK quiz program. All siblings learnt chess and yoga from father. |
